Investment Advisory Services

Upon request, Avadim Financial will provide non-discretionary, and/or discretionary, Investment Advisory Services in tandem with our Financial Planning Services; the services will only be provided if the client goes through the three-phase planning process, as well as a Risk Assessment¹. Together, the three-phase planning process and the Risk Assessment will enable us to uphold our fiduciary obligation, and provide recommendations that are suitable for the client – recommendations that are in the client’s best interest.

non-discretionary Investment Advisory Services

ndIA Services only include non-discretionary investment advice/guidance. Often this advice will include, but not be limited to, general investment education, portfolio analysis, recommendations for portfolio optimization, tax efficient wealth distribution, and risk management. Avadim Financial will not trade in a client’s account without a written Request for Discretionary Services (RDS). All non-discretionary investment advice/guidance must be implemented, and monitored, by the client. AF is not an investment manager, trader, day-trader, or qualified custodian.

AF’s ndIA Services include one Investment Meeting and one semi-annual Status Check meeting.

discretionary Investment Advisory Services

dIA Services will include all of AF’s ndIA Services, as well as portfolio management of the client’s accounts, and one Status Check meeting per fiscal quarter. These services are limited to trade execution: including securities selection, quantity, and time of execution.
