Our Process

Our primary objective at Avadim Financial is to preserve, and increase the quality of life of the working class of America. In order to achieve that objective, we provide holistic financial planning for individuals, families, and small to medium sized businesses (1-2500 employees).

In order to provide the most accurate financial recommendations, our clients must go through a three-phase planning process, which includes the following: Analysis, Education, and Counseling.

1. Analysis.

Our planning process begins with an in-depth Analysis of our client’s personal history, financial history, current and future goals/objectives, as well as the potential risks to their financial future. At this stage, we will generally request documentation that will assist in developing your Financial Plan. This documentation may include, but not be limited to, bank statements, paystubs, monthly budget, etc.

2. Education.

After getting to know you better, we will then provide tailored Education: this education phase is when we will deliver your Financial Plan and begin to review our recommendations. Upon delivery, you will then decide what recommendations are best for you, and what recommendations you would like to implement – this is when our advisory relationship begins.

3. Counseling.

Avadim Financial does not provide monitoring for its Financial Planning Services, the client is solely responsible for monitoring and implementation. However, the Counseling phase of our planning process is continuous. By meeting with our clients at least annually, we make sure that their financial plan is up to date as their lives evolve; this ongoing Counseling also helps to ensure that our clients receive continuous Education so they may develop the habits that will ultimately lead to their financial success.
